Increased Time Spent Outside
After a year and a half of being cooped up, it’ll be wonderful to get out, get some fresh air, and spend some quality time enjoying nature.
Outside rejuvenates the mind and body, and admiring the scenery is a great way to unwind. It’s wonderful to be able to resume some of my favorite activities: birding and hiking. I’ll also be enrolling in a new yoga class; exercise is an excellent way to improve physical fitness, eliminate unwanted bodily toxins, and alleviate pandemic stress! Finally, I’m looking forward to rediscovering my inner Zen through Bonsai gardening.
A little time in the sun never does anyone any harm!
My Wardrobe Is Being Remodeled
The first thing I’m going to do is replace my wardrobe. Wearing the same clothes has become tiresome and has made me feel bland, a sensation I’m sure I’m not alone in.
To spruce up, it may be prudent to donate a portion of your wardrobe and go shopping for a new look. And rather than discarding unwanted clothing, you could donate them to charity; it’s incredibly rewarding to know that you’ve added those in need.
However, before you go out and spend a fortune, you should experiment with some new outfits to get a feel for what you’re looking for. Now is the time to experiment with something novel and creative!
Therefore, gather all of your outfits and determine which ones should be retired. From there, you and some of your closest friends can go on a shopping spree and have a blast at the mall.
I’m Indulging in a Much-Needed Mini-Facelift
We’ve all noticed a noticeable increase in our reflections as a result of quarantine, whether in the bathroom mirror or during a Zoom call. Unfortunately, constantly seeing ourselves can make even the tiniest insecurities stand out like a sore thumb.
One of the most effective ways to address these flaws is to undergo a mini facelift, which is exactly what I’m doing! Unlike a facelift, which addresses the entire face from the crown to the neck, a mini facelift focuses exclusively on the lower half of the face. That is precisely where I require assistance: with my lips, cheeks, and double chin, all of which have deteriorated since the start of quarantine.
Additionally, the mini facelift is less invasive than a traditional facelift, and the recovery time is significantly shorter, which means I won’t have to miss another month of travel to heal!
Taking In The World
After spending so much time inside, I’ve grown tired of my surroundings. Additionally, I have been unable to see my family, which has been difficult. The time following quarantine will be ideal for rekindling my relationships with my loved ones!
Plus, I can travel to any state or country I please. I’m thinking Greece—it boasts some of the world’s most stunning beaches, not to mention delectable cuisine!
If you’re looking forward to traveling as well, you should conduct preliminary research and consider learning the local language if it’s unfamiliar. Consider the costs of food, lodging, sightseeing, and travel as well; numerous useful phone apps can assist you in calculating expenses and locating good hotel deals.
However, I’m most excited about camping with my closest friends. If you can believe it, I’ve never roasted marshmallows before, and I’m excited!
Changing My Diet
The pandemic has caused widespread anxiety, and you, like me, may have sought solace in food. With gyms and offices closed, you’ve almost certainly gained a few pounds—I know I have.
However, it is not too late to alter your diet at this point. Indeed, it’s always a good time to experiment with a healthier eating plan to not only look better but also feel fantastic.
Apart from physical appearance, certain diets can affect your emotional regulation. Additionally, unhealthier diets increase the risk of developing life-threatening diseases.
Therefore, it is critical to purchase nutritious foods that will help strengthen your immune system and nourish the rest of your body. One of the best diets to try is “pescatarian,” which consists entirely of fish. Fish is a good source of Omega-3 fatty acids, which are beneficial to the heart and have anti-inflammatory properties. I’m eager to return to the world once this heinous pandemic is finally over. Perhaps you’ll even catch me singing and dancing in public!
Clothes can transform your mood and confidence. Fashion moves so quickly that, unless you have a strong point of view, you can lose integrity. I like to be real. I don’t like things to be staged or fussy. I think I’d go mad if I didn’t have a place to escape to. You have to stay true to your heritage, that’s what your brand is about.
